Ship a Car Direct was very transparent and communicative, and I really appreciated having a specific person assigned to my account that I was always able to call and contact. I also appreciated the app to photograph the car in the event of potential damage, which thankfully didn't occur! The price ended up being more than I was originally quoted, and the the actual contractor hired to ship the car had some delays, so the car did not arrive by the date originally given. However, I recognize that the delay was not Ship a Car Direct's fault. Overall, the process went more smoothly than it could've and I'm pretty sure that any other company I went with would've had similar downsides. My car arrived in good condition
