I picked Ship a Car Direct after looking at online reviews. I found it appropriate that if ultimately they could not get a carrier for me that I would not be out a deposit.
My contact Stefan was prompt with a quote. It turns out that going to a smaller destination (at a reasonable price) is apparently a challenge. Stefan kept working on the issue and wound up increasing the payment to the carrier at some expense to the broker.
The company has videos to help with the whole process. Lots of email contact which I found a little overwhelming at first; but ultimately more communication was right on, especially given some of the complications. Stefan and crew helped make sure that the complicated pickup arrangements were coordinated with the carrier.
Yes, the Prius got here without issue!
