Communication is key to any relationship / transaction. Matt and the crew at Ship a Car Direct answered every email and or call promptly. The contracted shipper, ETA Trans Inc, kept me informed of any delays and in the end - got me my Honda 2 days early! I didn't have to rent a car. This was a big move - from the west coast to the east coast - so I truly appreciate this going smoothly.
