I was originally dealing with another auto transport company (Mercury) to have my car shipped from San Diego to Cincinnati as part of my family's cross country move on military orders. The other company failed to secure me a carrier and after many follow-up attempts, they went radio silent the day before my car was scheduled to be picked up!! I found Ship A Car Direct online and within 30 minutes my rep had secured a carrier who was able to pick up my car the night before we left town. *Phew* The customer service from SACD was beyond excellent, the carrier was polite and professional, and my car arrived quickly to it's drop-off location. Thank you SACD for saving the day!!
