It took me a couple months to build up the courage to follow through with ordering my car transport with these guys! Only because it's hard to trust just ANYONE with your car, you know? But I made the right decision choosing them. I spoke with Brian, the virtual customer service rep in order to inquire about how the transport process works, and he was very helpful in answering my questions! He ultimately sent me an email with a link to fill our an order form. Once I made my order, I was often followed up with a statement about the status of my order which is great! Because when a couple days go by, I'm paranoid already that I have been scammed! It took maybe 3-5 days for them to find a driver for me, and when they did, this driver (Chuck) was well in responding to me and my dad's (my rep in CA) texts. Although Chuck tended to arrive at our locations a couple hours late from his initial schedule, we paid no mind, as we were open to his schedule. It took him 3 days to transport my vehicle from Vallejo, CA to Crown Point, IN. I'm honestly just happy I got my car here! I even sent him a thank you text afterwards! I was also followed up often after receiving my car about my feedback on my experience, so here I am! :)
