Good carrier assigned but customer service rep need improving

It was my first time using car transporter and had many questions and was totally unfamiliar with basic procedures. Matt was often reachable but was not being very proactive or knowledgeable to clear my concerns or questions. All my questions were not given assured answers and the responses were super short and I had to follow up again to confirm right understanding. I felt unsecured during the entire process. However due to my tight time schedule and their overwhelming good reviews, I chose to trust their reputations. The Carrier assigned was Diesel Auto Express. They are very professional and responsive. The driver arrived late at night but contacted me several times during the arriving day to confirm and update his arriving time. It was raining at pickup but he was very patient and thoughtful on inspection and explaining what to expect. Super good experience.
The delivery happened in 6 days as promised at pickup. The delivery driver was again very professional and patient. We did thorough inspection together and it was again a very good experience with Diesel Auto Express.
Although Matt did not make me feel confident at first but he did give me good advice when choosing the carrier. I could have waited and chosen another carriers that would work better with my schedule, but Matt suggested me to go with Diesel Auto Express because they are more trustworthy even they could not fit to my preferred pick up windows. I am glad I chose Diesel Auto Express and overall was a pleasant transport experience.
