Overall ShipaCar Direct great, few small areas carrier could maybe improve

ShaipACar Direct was great. Great price too! However, the carrier GIG Logistics’ IVR was clunky and disconnected us twice. Our car arrived with lots of bugs, but it was on top at front, we’ve had another car shipped and it didn’t have the same issue, guessing it was location of our car, or maybe time of year.
