I had a lot of issues in the beginning. I was told my car would ship, and then they couldn't get a carrier. No one was communicating with me until I kept calling and emailing. I was then told they might need more money, fine, but that also needed to be communicated with me. Finally they found a carrier.

The person selling me my car spoke with dispatch and told them not to send the carrier down his street, he would meet them at the nearby gas station. He knew the carrier wouldn't be able to turn around on his street. I'm not sure if dispatch didn't communicate with the driver, or if the driver ignored him, but he showed up at the house. As he's at the end of the driveway, he ran out of gas. So the seller had to drive him to the gas station twice to get enough diesel fuel to get the truck running again. Then as I said before, the driver was now on his street and couldn't turn around. So the seller had to call local police to shut down the highway around him so that the truck could safely back out of the street. The whole ordeal took several hours.

The woman who received the car in Illinois was the most help of all. I had been told that the car would show up, but wasn't told a time. I eventually called her in a panic that I might miss my car. She explained the process much more clearly. That once they took the car off of the truck, she'd call me with an appointment time-she was patient and kind and actually listened to me. She did also take off some money because of the ordeal in Florida.
