Everything went smoothly

Scott, our customer service rep from Ship a Car Direct, was friendly and very helpful during our initial conversation, and things went so smoothly that I didn't have to talk to him again. I set up a pick-up time and place with the transport company, and Leo arrived right on time. The trip out to Las Vegas actually went faster than anticipated, and Leo called our son 15 minutes before he arrived. Our son was working at the time and couldn't get away to pick up the car, so Leo waited for 2 hours until our son could meet him. The car was a dirty from a 2000 mile trip during winter weather in the Midwest, but it wasn't anything that couldn't be cleaned off at the car wash. There was no damage to the paint or the interior. The interior was still pristine. We were shipping a brand new car so I was a bit worried, but everything went fine, and I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct again as our broker. I was impressed that they vet their carriers and don't do business with just anyone.
