John was very pleasant to work with. It took him a few extra days to find me a driver, but I wasn’t under a time crunch, and the driver he eventually assigned to me was efficient and courteous - and my newer car with only two minor paint chips (a rock chip and a door ding) arrived in great condition. It was a bit dirty from driving cross country in stormy weather, but there wasn’t a new scratch to be found.
