After researching online for car shipper, I got really concerned. Stories after stories about delayed picked up and delivery. ShipACarDirect became my top choice because review shows the broker cares about its customers. Eve spent time with me on the phone, told me they have a good selection of shippers, only good ones. When the shipper was selected she made sure they used the shipper before and the shipper has good reviews.
I got lucky, the shipper was a Houston based (Gracie Transport LLC) , was in Maryland for a quick pick-up. The shipper showed up the second day after the request. The car was delivered on time in Houston. Except the car was dirty due to heavy rain on Friday night and Saturday, everything else was perfect.
ShipACarDirect has an app to record the picture of the car at pick-up and delivery. If the app can keep tracking the car on the road, it would be like a Uber experience.
