Overall a straight forward and easy process. I got plenty of emails to keep me updated on the pickup/drop-off situation after the order was set. The only issue I had was, despite asking for a pickup a month in advance, I still didn't get one till the last possible day. The car was late arriving, but only by a day - Which, I didn't mind, they made me aware the arrival date was only an estimate, not a guarantee.The car was incredibly filthy once it arrived, but I think that was to be expected, considering it traveled all the way across the country in an open container. I would come back again. Both David and the people who took my car were pleasant to talk with.
