Excellent and Honest ~ Matt from Ship A Car Direct was wonderful. I truly appreciated it because I had horrible service from RoadRunner Auto Transport in which I cancelled and called Ship A Car Direct. Roadrunner Auto Transport repeatedly lied to me about a pick up date and their customer service was horrific, especially the manager, Pamela Trastelis. Save yourself the headache and be sure to book with Matt from Ship A Car Direct. Even the carrier, TR Transport (Janelle and Eddie) was excellent.
