Service was great- the only thing that might be improved is calling customers and letting us know when you will pick up/drop off. I made the call on pickup day as I had not heard from anyone. The CS person reached out to the driver and he then called and said he would be there in a couple of hours! Same experience on the pickup in Naples. Just a little leeway would be helpful. Other than that, service was great and drivers very professional.
