My car was extremely dirty afterwards. The carrier (Dana Auto Transport) were not very accurate in estimating how long something would take (i.e., was told it would arrive on Thursday, actually arrived on Tuesday. On Tuesday, I was told 6pm but it ended up being around 6-7am on Wednesday). Ship-A-Car Direct service itself was fine, it really depends on your carrier I think...
