I had a great experience with Ship A Car Direct. The truck driver was extremely nice and helpful for everything! At first, I was scared that there will be some damage to the car based on the reviews I read, but no damage at all!There is an app that people can take to protect both the customer and company. The car was picked up and delivered on the reasonable time frame. However, I have to go out of town when the car was delivered and my mom has to go pick up the car at a meetup location. I was worried because my mom knows little English and does not drive around much. The trucker driver was so nice to contact Uber and give my mom a ride to pick up her car and he even called Uber again to make sure she gets home safe! ( the driver tried to use GPS, but she is not familiar with GPS. Also, he paid for the Uber as well!! ) My mom and I are very thankful for everything he did. We really appreciate everything and would definitely recommend people choosing this company.
