I was in a bind trying to get my car from NJ to FL in a bit of a rush due to a new job. Eric was promptly in touch. He found me a carrier early the next morning. They really don't withdraw your deposit until the carrier is actually found, just as they promise on their site!

There was initially a little confusion between me, the carrier, and Ship A Car Direct regarding the pickup date but fortunately it was worked out quickly and professionally.

They have a convenient phone app to document the condition of your car to save time, which is great because it uses photos, timestamps and geotagging. You can use it before the car is shipped and after it's delivered.

My car was picked up Monday morning and arrived on Wednesday before lunch. The driver was professional and kept me up to date as he traveled. Another cool thing was that he had me inspect my car, sign via a phone, and immediately emailed me my bill of lading. This is important because I paid cash on delivery and didn't have to worry about being ripped off or fumbling with papers.
