The car was picked up in the designated window of 3-5 days. Pinning down exact day & time of such was slightly annoying. This resulted in having to rent a car for longer than needed. Not a huge problem but In the end, the car was delivered in good condition and on time. Also, Bruce was responsive and did return calls, texts and emails in a timely manner. The 24/7 Customer Service line was basically just a relay station for messages to/from the driver.
