Top notch customer service experience delivered by Ship A Car Direct. Very responsive... Gaby was simply outstanding. We chose SACD after another company failed to follow-up for a week after confirming the placement of our order (and taking our money). SACD did their best to quickly locate and confirm a carrier for our order. The truck driver ran into a few issues along the way, delaying our pick-up and delivery, but those problems were totally outside the control of SACD. They held up their end of the bargain at every step along the way. I would highly recommend SACD if you're looking to transport a car from one location to another. Highly reputable and professional. Based on my experience, don't experiment with other options!
