So, this entire process was horribly painful. From the carrier trying to pick up days early (which would have left my wife without a car for days before she flew) to the carrier saying he was going to drop off one night, having us wait up until late into the night only to text saying he'd deliver the next day, this entire mess was nothing but frustrating. I don't blame Ship a Car, and maybe this is normal.

We are sorry to hear the inconvenience that the driver caused you and your wife. Most carrier's try their best not to be late on a holiday weekend and since there were no notes specifying time and date, the driver thought it would be helpful to make pick up and delivery earlier than expected. We don't guarantee dates, and always recommend having a back up plan when scheduling, because the dates given by the carrier are estimated. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience!
