I chose Ship a car direct to transport a vehicle that I'd found on a lease takeover site. I made the arrangements over the phone and then I received followup emails that went into detail and addressed any concerns I might have. I was extremely impressed by Shipacar's followup emails and availability to call them if I had an issue. The car arrived quickly and I'd use them again. The only negative part of my experience is I wasn't able to confirm that the vehicle was picked up by the carrier until the day before the car arrived. I was worried the car wasn't picked up, and the first rep I spoke with at shipacar didn't call me back. I called back the next day and the second rep called me back to confirm my vehicle was en route. Overall I felt safe using shipacar and would use them again.
