Ship A Car Direct didn't attempt to highball me, and gave me a very thorough explanation of the process of shipping my car from California to Minnesota. The carrier came and picked up my car from my old apartment and delivered it right in front of my house, as agreed. There were no real negative experiences about the experience, although the price was slightly high. Their customer service was prompt and exemplary, often following up an email or a call within the hour - I really appreciated that.
