Ship A Car Direct was excellent. Before selecting a car carrier I did a lot of research. I found Ship A Car Direct to be the most open and honest throughout the whole process. The customer service agents and driver were extremely professional, courteous and helpful- I was very comfortable with all of them. Ship A Car Direct provided its terms and conditions up front, before I made a reservation- other companies would not provide terms and conditions until I had made a commitment to them. The free photo app they provided for taking pictures before/after the car shipment was also a handy tool, although I did not need it as my car was delivered in excellent condition. I would highly recommend Ship A Car Direct to anyone needing car transport services.
