We had a week and a half long pickup window in Seattle, and the car was picked up on day 3, successfully transported across the country, and delivered to central MA on the faster end of the initial estimated timeframe. We did end up having to bump up the initial list price by $50, but our service rep covered half of that bump from his fee, and it only took the one increase in price to entice a company to take the car, so all in all it was a fantastic price for the shipment. The car was on an open carrier and arrived in exactly the condition it was loaded, with the addition of a little bit of road dust and grime, which is completely understandable.

The only negative aspect of the entire experience was not knowing exactly when or if a company would be willing to take the car. It did not end up being an issue at all, and we did have a reasonable window of time for pickup, but I could imagine a very narrow pickup window may be somewhat stressful without a guaranteed pickup at the initial time of booking. However, it seems Ship a Car Direct has this system down and it works for them, so no complaints on my part. Overall, I would definitely consider using the company again.
