Process and service was smooth and totally met expectations. Ship A Car Direct had good communication and cared about how it would go for us. They made the process of shipping across country easy and comfortable. A bit of confusion with the driver at the end about the fact that we had already paid, but that was resolved satisfactorily. I would recommend this company.
