A much better experience than expected

This transport was fouled up when our car would not start and AAA in Florida could not change a simple battery. Our original pick-up was missed and we had to start the process all over again when the car was released from the dealership 2 days later. John was great in following up and working hard to get us a new carrier. The new carrier was kind and courteous and very experienced and did a great job without incident in getting the car to us. Their app to document the condition of the car before and after pick-up was great, it protects everyone involved. There was transparency and good communication during the entire process and it was a no-nonsense experience. I am 100% satisfied and I will definitely use them in the future if I have any more requirements.
