Not too bad of an experience. The guy who actually picked up my car was a little rude over the phone but it was also very hard to understand him. When he arrived, he wasn't rude at all. Just a bit of a misunderstanding over the phone. Evidently he said he'd pick my car up in the AM but I didn't hear that part, then he showed up when I still needed to use my car but said he couldn't come back. My fault for not asking better questions but like I said when he showed up, he was nice.

Somehow, my back window was cracked and a little bit of rain got in but nothing was damaged, dunno if that was my fault or not but I wasn't too worried about it. They dropped off my car right in front of my new place, working condition, no damages, and it took about 8 days (counting the weekend).

The carrier that called me a day before delivery was a bit of a hassle to deal with. They tried calling me but I was at work, so they sent me a text message asking me to call them back. I did and she informed me of the delivery date and the total cost needed upon arrival. I asked her to text me the information and she argued with me about it, saying she just told me. I was at work, no pen, no paper or anything, plus I wanted to make sure I had the correct amount. After 3 times of asking her, I had to be a bit stern with her to have her message me the amount and she finally agreed to and then hung up.

Overall though, I'd use this company again, they were the cheapest I could find and even when I booked on short notice, they still accommodated my needs. I'd recommend them.
