Late Pickup but Car Arrived

Might not be so much ShipACarDirect's fault but the pick up of my car by the courier was late a few days and was very frustrating coordinating with them to pick up my car. The courier did not contact me until an hour prior of car pick up on a Saturday night. ShipACarDirect told me they would be picking up my car the following Monday as it was the weekend and that they were closed on the weekend. Driver called me and said he hand an hour before he had to leave, ShipACarDirect told me that if I didn't ship it with the current courier, then I would have to wait another few business days to find another courier.
