BEFORE INQUIRING ABOUT SHIP-A-CAR-DIRECT, I HIRED ANOTHER COMPANY THAT A FRIEND RECOMMEND, THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & I PULLED OUT & WENT THROUGH THE BBB & SAW THIS COMPANY AS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.. THEY HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND EVERYTHING THAT I WANTED THE SERVICE TO BE, THEY WENT ABOVE & BEYOND. MY CAR ARRIVED WITHIN 7-DAYS WHICH WAS 2 DAYS EARLIER THAN WHAT WAS QUOTED, THE DRIVER WAS PROFESSIONAL, MY CAR ARRIVED SAFE WITH NO DAMMAGE. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
