I had a much better experience with the driver who picked up my vehicle than I did with the driver who dropped off my vehicle. The pick up driver was nice and courteous- he also came in a small enough vehicle to meet me at my house. The guy dropping off my vehicle called me to ask me to meet him at the home depot, which was pretty inconvenient and out of the way for me. It would have been nice to have to deliver it to my door since I was paying so much for the service. The driver doing the drop-off also called me on the phone asking if I knew of big parking lots near my house. Who keeps track of locations of big parking lots in their vicinity off the top of their head?
