The actual transport was excellent. Once the carrier was assigned, their communication was excellent. The dispatcher and the driver both communicated with me. Due to the late pick up I had to use a secondary pick up location and contact. The driver understood and communicated well including letting me know he had the vehicle. After all the dancing with the scheduling, this was most relieving. then when he called a day early to say he was in Portland, it was just amazing.
