Ship A Car Direct handled my cross-country move with the utmost care and respect. There were constant updates and the cars arrived on time with no damage. The driver was professional and thorough.

I asked around for a few quotes but decided to work with Ship A Car Direct. Their quote was a little higher than others, but that's also because it was an enclosed transport. The other quotes I received were between $1750 and $2000 for 2 cars, open transport. So compared to that, $2575 for enclosed transport was not a deal killer for me. Since I was transporting in winter, I wanted to make sure my cars don't face any problems from the cold conditions as the cars move through the colder states. I should also add that I only contacted them about a week before my pick up!

The pickup was scheduled for 2/10 but the driver contacted me on 2/9 and asked if I'm ok with shipping them that day, which I was. The driver said he'll be there in 30 minutes and he was on time. He was very professional. It was pouring rain in California that day but the driver took his time to inspect the vehicle and make sure he marked any major damages (there weren't). Then he took great care and time to load my cars onto his 18-wheeler and gave me an estimate of about a week to deliver. On the 15th evening he called and said he's 6 hours out but that would have been a midnight delivery so he said he'll drop off the cars around 9 AM on the 16th and he came right on time again.

Since it was raining, there was some dirt on my SUV seats and dash as the driver had to climb on them to make sure my vehicles were secured properly (the other car, a sedan, had no such problem), but when I pointed that out to him he immediately went and got a cleaner that is appropriate for leather seats and made sure that both the dash and seats were completely clean. I would not even call this in an inconvenience but wanted to mention it anyways to make sure my review is complete.

The driver asked me to inspect the cars to make sure everything is OK and when I have the all clear, he took the final payment and left.

All in all, I'm very happy with the service I received and I will definitely work with them again if I ever need to.

P.S.: In the interest of being forthright, I did receive a $30 rebate if I filled out this survey, but to be honest I would have filled it out regardless of the rebate.
