I requested an ENCLOSED CARRIER. I thought I had cleverly selected a place for a truck to load my car. At the appointed hour, I arrived and found an OPEN CARRIER at the spot. I called the driver, "Mike", who said he would be there in about 5 minutes. In 5 minutes he arrived with his ENCLOSED CARRIER and expetly loaded my car. It arrived days later in California in good condition. Very professional. Very friendly. Kept me in the loop.
