Other than 10 day delay in the pick up time there was no problem. I found the driver to be reliable and he dellivered the vehicle when promised.
Winter weather was probably a reason for the delay. Pick up was not until 1130 PM. I offered to meet the driver at a convenient pick up place next to freeway on/off ramps. He was appreciative of this offer due to a long day delivering vehicles in Seattle traffic on the day of pick up. He was efficient and helpful with his explanations. Delivered across country in seven days in January. Pretty good. Satisfied with the service. Delay in pickup is the reason for the 4 rating.
