It turns out that finding a transport service for your car is confusing because the industry is opaque. Ship-a-car-Direct is a broker that helps you finds a driver. They coordinate everything with you and the additional fee is well worth it. They responded to questions very quickly (even on the weekend) and followed up once car was delivered to make sure all was in order. I will use them again.
