Car pick up was late, but considering the bad weather in MI, the amount of waiting time was reasonable. Driver was polite and prompt. Scott was always able to answer my message in a timely manner and explained everything. After my car was picked up. Everything went pretty smoothly. It was just that I wasn't prepared for how dirty the car would be.
