We were super nervous as this was the first time using Ship A Car Direct- however, after reading the reviews we decided. I was contacted right away when requesting a quote and when there was trouble with the online form, the contact person, Kosta, sent me a new link and then I was able to complete the online request. Once that was filled out he promptly called me, said he would find a reliable transport company and they would be in contact. Since we were out of state and relied on our friend who purchased our car at the auction, the driver diligently stayed in contact with him until the pick up. Kevin with Odyssey Farms immediately texted me upon pick up. He texted me updates along the way, especially as MO was in for a severe ice storm. Despite the weather, which wasn't as bad as expected thankfully, he made it 3 hours ahead of schedule! The car was dirty, but what do we expect in an open transport in nasty weather? The car wasn't damaged, and Kevin unloaded it in a parking lot agreed upon not far from our house due to the large trailer. He was kind, even told me about something with the car when he drove it up onto the transport. Nervous but made the experience good! THANKS TO ALL INVOLVED!
