The experience was good overall. Given that this was arranged during the holidays I understand why it took a little longer to find a carrier. They should have been a bit more proactive if they knew that the initial rate was the cause for no one picking up the job. Eventually, we paid $100 more to get the car picked up sooner. The guys they assigned drove from Virginia to Texas overnight to make up the time. That was much appreciated, and overall we are satisfied.
