Scott at Ship-A-Car-Direct was great! He was very knowledgeable and prompt with his responses. Although I was not as impressed with the driver that the quote was outsourced too - for his lack of customer service, my car still arrived in NJ from CO in working condition. ASH Transport was interesting to say the least. They arrived one day early and I had to pull a rush job to take before pics of the vehicle - even though the pick-up date was scheduled for Tuesday. Also, the driver called me to inform me that he could not drop the car off at the address I gave because he could not fit down the street. The funniest part about that is, another transport company was dropping off a car on that same street. Although I felt that the customer service from ASH could have been a bit better, the overall experience was good and my car arrived in one piece.
