I gave 2 of my cars one a 2016 mercedes and another a nissan and was worried about shipping them in an open carrier, however Scott was very knowledgeable and helped me at every step, the carrier they found for me was also good, they got late by a day for pickup but scott had already told me about that as well. All in all a great experience
