Helpful Information and Good Communication Made for a Successful Car Delivery

This was my first car-shipping experience, so I was a little nervous and unsure of which service to use. Ship A Car Direct provided lots of information on their website and answered many of my questions - and their process seemed honest and logical. The quote was reasonable and the communication with the carrier was very good- I was able to call the driver directly and receive updates as he took my car across the country. The car was delivered a day later than expected, but because I had been in contact with the driver each of the previous three days, I was prepared for the later delivery and was able to adjust my schedule accordingly. I will use Ship A Car Direct again if I need to ship another vehicle in the future.
