Pick-up and delivery of vehicle purchased out of state

I contracted with this company and Eric replied quickly. The problem came when my contact left for vacation and I was not informed that he was not in the office. I was told that I would probably be seeing the vehicle delivered around the following Wednesday, so that is what I started to plan for. Well, the next 3 days went by without any answer to my phone calls or e-mails, so I finally asked to speak to someone else. I found out that my contact was on vacation. I had a bit of figuring out to do since my husband was out of town and I was about to be down a vehicle with my son taking mine. I did finally get a response and, of course, it cost me more to find a driver to deliver the car that week. The car arrived 2 days later. I don't think the delivery driver had much experience driving a manual car either. I just wish that there had been better communication about the schedule of things.
