When we were looking at the charges on our account, we discovered there were two charges. One charge for the coordinator (Ship A Car Direct) and one charge for the carrier. We were not informed that the price quoted to us was for the coordination (ie: looking for a carrier) and the delivery fee of the vehicle. Should we have known that the breakdown of the charges included the coordinator fee, we could have done the coordinating ourselves and saved us $200+. Although the carrier was late and did poorly in communicating with us, we were impressed with their delivery service. The car was delivered on time as promised and the vehicle was received at the same condition it was given.
