Shipping was a little stressful, but it seems to be a general problem of this industry. The time of pickup is not known till the last moment. The driver is the only knowledgeable person, others have no clue about the timing. If I could I would give the five stars to the driver, who was very helpful in picking up the car from my neighbors, because I had to take a flight and could not give him keys due to the imprecise pickup timing. The company representatives also gave me a phone number of the trucking company that didn't exist.

Unfortunately in this industry, lead time doesn't help get a carrier secured sooner. We don't guarantee dates, and always recommend having a back up plan when scheduling things such as flights. Glad to hear that the rest of the shipment went smoothly!
