Great car move with Ship-a-car Direct

We had a great experience shipping our cars. The pickup was on time and they brought a small truck in order to fit in the narrow streets around our apartment. They told me that would be transferred to a big truck for the long 2500 mile haul. Our delivery driver kept us up-to-date about his estimated delivery time and we really appreciated being kept in the loop. I had some trouble finding him a good place near us to drop off the cars and he was flexible about it. The cars came off the in the same condition that they left and looked really good. We had two cars shipped and our delivery driver was able to park close enough to the house that I could drive one home, then walk back and pick up the second one.

We are very happy with the service and clear communication during this entire process.
