I was worried about shipping our only car across country. In addition, we were trying to ship over Labor Day weekend. Bruce was able to find us a great driver. The driver gave us good notice before they came for pick up and communicated when they expected to arrive at the destination so we could make sure someone would be available to receive it. The driver was even flexible with the drop off location for my brother-in-law to pick up our car, which was super helpful.
