The best value of Ship A Car Direct is its up-front trustworthiness. Everything was as expected, and they selected a carrier that did their job, on-time and without an incidence. I am happy with the results, and the price wasn't even bad (compared to some other online quotes I got). The only thing I'd try and improve is communication by the carrier, which I am not sure if Ship A Car Direct can easily influence. I didn't get a phone call from the carrier so I had to call on the date of pick-up. But perhaps I should have just picked up the phone and called first. No big deal.
