This is my first time using such a service, and it was an overall pleasant experience. I spoke to Gaby when inquiring a quote. She gave me the exact quote, which I ended up paying and also the estimated time frame the car will be picked up and dropped off. The exact dates were almost to a tee to what she told me. The driver who picked up my car was very nice, and called early enough to let me know he was on his way and gave updates of his progression. A family member was receiving my car, so he then was in contact with that individual once he was close to the destination, and arrived earlier than expected. The car did not obtain any damages en route. Excellent service and highly recommended! Will use them again if the service is needed.
