When I researched the vehicle shipping company, my main focus was the timely delivery, so I had to pick ship a direct since I heard about many negative stories with other shipping companies which gave a customer various hassles such as delayed delivery or extra charge, etc. Through this experience with ship a car direct, I am quite satisfied with their serives including from order confirmation, dispatch notification and delivery confirmation and lastly through final feedback request.
