it was flawless. All comms worked, personnel were very helpful and didn't inundate me with opportunities. Car delivered in good shape except for the road dirt which was expected. They even checked the car over for dings and such prior to the ship which helped me clean it up afterword's. The only issue is this survey I am taking so that I can get a refund. It requires me to type in 200 characters and I tend to be concise.
